1. Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Seats are reserved for 10 minutes during the payment process.

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the cruise date are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to charges.

4. Safety

All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the crew. The cruise operator reserves the right to cancel or modify trips due to weather conditions.

5. Liability

Calm Dinner Cruise is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property during the cruise. Guests are advised to take reasonable precautions.
